Rebecca Barlow

    Becky joined the Foundation in July 2006. As Executive Director, she oversees member services and benefits administration for the organization. She holds several management and insurance designations, including accreditation as a Certified Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Professional. Becky serves on the Napa County Farm Bureau membership committee and as board secretary for the Community Health Initiative, Napa County.

    Supervisor, Claims and Administration
    Jo Bowles

      Jo joined CGF in March 2017 and brings an extensive customer support background. Jo oversees medical claims service, enrollment processing and other health plan administrative related requests. Jo is fluent in Spanish and readily available to assist members, employees and their families.

      Account Specialist
      Maria Caballero

        Maria is responsible for member service, bilingual employee communications and new group enrollments. Maria brings over eight years of experience helping employers manage their employee benefits.

        Maria will be receiving her A.A. in Human Resources this June from Santa Rosa Junior College where she is also completing her undergraduate work for her B.A. in Business Administration.

        Administrative Assistant
        Julie Cazet

          Julie is the accounting assistant, handling invoicing and accounts receivable. She also provides administrative support to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

          Benefits Representative
          Liz Corpus

            Liz is the primary customer service representative for the health benefit program. She assists employees and providers with medical, dental and vision claim inquiries. Liz also helps employees understand important features of their benefit plan, locate network providers and utilize other cost saving services.

            Benefits Representative
            Pedro Fernandez

              Pedro provides bilingual customer service for CGF’s group health program. As Benefits Representative, Pedro assists plan participants and providers with employee benefit inquiries. Pedro also handles eligibility changes, ID cards and benefits materials.

              Pension Benefits Representative
              Solia Lopez

                Soila is the customer service representative for the CGF Pension Plan. As employees approach retirement age, Soila estimates pension payout options so the employee can make educated decisions concerning their financial future. Soila works directly with the employees of CGF members and their families.
                Soila also develops Spanish bilingual materials and presentations for employee education meetings on pension and the group health benefit plans.

                Linda McClure

                  Linda manages the accounting department for the Foundation and works closely with member employers, vendors and auditors. She is the point person for billing and accounts receivable related inquiries.

                  Data Analyst
                  Valeria Robison

                    Valerie is the master of all software and technical expert. She also serves as back-up customer support to CGF group health and pension plan participants. Valerie recently graduated from Pacific Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management and is pursuing a second Bachelor of Science in Aviation.
